What is Vanlife?

Vanlife

VanLife is a social movement for people who like to move from one place to another and reject the simple way of living. There is a lot of adventure. VanLife is associated with voluntary travel, glamorous photos that you can post on social media and its lifestyle is different from other ways.

VanLife is an escape hashtag where it is freedom for others, travel and adventure and for the people who live in it is a movement and a way of life as they see it as a way to live more harmoniously with ourselves and resist the status quo.

We won’t explain VanLife any better. It’s about living in a truck. For us, it has nothing to do with the van itself. This method doesn’t count too much on the quality of work you do or where you choose to spend your time.

Do not care about the type of vehicle you use and do not care about the amount you spend to build it. Nor do you care that you have travelled everywhere or that you reside in one area and also this method does not care whether your work depends on a full time or part-time or you in the weekend.

VanLife relies on a commitment to creating the most fulfilling life you can achieve for yourself. It depends on how well you can settle for all the things some people push you. It requires more focus on the appropriate goals in your life and giving up the things that are not suitable for you.

Some define VanLife as taking control of your own life. It’s about basing your fear of the unknown to pursue things that will make you feel like life. It’s about how well you get to know strangers from all over the world and how much you accept their differences while you have in common. We can share it.

TIPS FOR LIVING THE VAN LIFE

START WITH SOMETHING IN GREAT MECHANICAL SHAPE

Experienced people in mobile home matters do not have much difficulty. For beginners, this is not obvious. The old Volkswagen bus that costs 600 dollars sold on Craigslist may look like a bargain. Newbies think they can modify any old truck. So, it works for years and years.

Kristen Wang says she’s spent three winters living in a custom sprinter truck uphill.

Sometimes you need to be pretty mechanical so that you don’t end up doing a complete build, but you need to get something that won’t work well in the long run.

DOWNSIZE YOUR ELECTRIC SYSTEM

One of the most vital tips for beginners to use their buses is to think about what they need to charge their electrical appliances and how to debit them?

New vanlifers believe they need high-powered electrical systems to operate their electrical appliances, such as running air conditioners, microwaves, and hair dryers.

You can use an electric system that relies on charging batteries and using several saving electrical appliances, such as using an energy-saving refrigerator, and you can also use fuel for cooking instead of using electric ovens.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PAID CAMPSITES

You can make great use of paid camps. Many van lifers don’t like to save money, but they know that something that could be worth paying for is a paid camping site.

Moore, who and her husband are well-known van lifers, says if you want to visit a major city, you should take advantage of the paid camps by entertaining yourself for a while and then making good use of some of the camp’s amenities, such as showering and taking advantage of free Wi-Fi, as well as finding Car filter and freshwater storage for the continuation of the trip.

PRACTICE (OR PAY FOR) PARKING

There is a misconception among new van lifers especially, new ones, that it is easy to park their vans anywhere at night. Nelson is an old van lifer, says you have to do some legal work to find a safe and legal place to park your car easily.

During the period of Nelson’s experience in its first period, you have realized the importance of practising and parking, and the importance of knowing the legal places to do so, and if you do not want that, all you have to do is to stay in the camps designated for that.

HAVE A KEEP-IT-CLEAN ROUTINE

YOU MUST GET CLEAN ROUTINE to keep the truck clean in good condition. Every day, you should do the simple things to clean the van with vacuuming and daily maintenance to keep the van looking good.

THINK LONGER TERM

Living in a truck is completely different from taking short trips. You have to take into account a lot of factors that make your life easier when you live on the bus. Many van lifers recommend choosing a bigger, stronger and comfortable truck. Many times you can spend hot days or rainy days inside your van, it doesn’t bother you when you go out for a short period, but when you live in a van it is annoying.

INVEST IN A SECURITY SYSTEM

Many of us use security systems to protect our homes from theft and protection from unknown persons. You can use some of these systems in your cart, especially the protection systems provided by several companies that afford maximum protection for you. One of the most vital things is investing in a system. Your truck is not just a car, it is your home.
