While camping, the body releases the hormone melatonin, a natural hormone that works to control your ability to sleep and wake up. When you are at work and next to artificial noise, the level of the hormone melatonin will decrease due to the presence of blue light in artificial sources such as incandescent lamps. 

You have more exposure to vitamin D

Vitamin D is necessary for bone health and other aspects of our physical well-being and works to improve our mood. You should expose yourself to the sun every day for 10 minutes to maintain your general levels. The body does not produce vitamin D. It needs foods rich in the sun to produce vitamin D. So, you must expose yourself to the sun every day, even for 10 minutes.

While you are going for a camping trip, you will expose yourself to the outdoors, which is the ideal way to get vitamin D. If you go for a walk or by bike, or if you cook breakfast outside and do some other activities, this will give you a reasonable amount of vitamin D, and you should also use sunscreen, especially on hot days, in order to protect your skin.
